1. Our Services

Assignment Sewa provides academic support services including assignments, reports, presentations, thesis and dissertation support, editing, proofreading, formatting, research guidance, and related academic assistance.

Our services are intended to support students with their academic work. We do not guarantee grades, academic results, or university acceptance.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and treat all information, documents, academic materials, and project details shared with us as confidential.

We do not require or collect your email address through this website. Communication is primarily handled through WhatsApp.

Project-related information and files are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the requested service and provide agreed post-delivery support. After the project and support period are completed, we aim to delete related student files and information from our working systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You are also responsible for keeping confidential any proprietary information, materials, pricing, processes, or communications shared by Assignment Sewa.

3. WhatsApp Communication

When you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, you will be redirected to WhatsApp or a WhatsApp contact link. Your communication with us is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policies and terms.

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information.

4. Scheduling a Call

Our Schedule a Call option may use third-party scheduling platforms such as Calendly or Cal.com.

When you schedule a call, the information you provide on the scheduling platform is processed according to that platform's privacy policy and terms. Assignment Sewa does not control how these third-party platforms process your information.

5. Payments

A 40% advance payment is required before work begins.

The remaining 60% balance must be paid before final delivery of the completed work.

Work timelines begin after the required advance payment and project information have been received. Unless otherwise agreed, work may not be finally delivered until the full payment has been received.

6. Revisions & Support

We provide revisions and post-delivery support according to the terms agreed for your project. Requests that significantly change the original project scope may require additional charges or a revised timeline.

7. Analytics & Website Tracking

We may use services such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to understand website usage, measure performance, and improve our website and services.

These tools may collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, interactions, device information, browser information, and general website activity.

We do not intentionally use these tools to collect sensitive academic information or require your email address.

Third-party analytics services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to or use third-party services including WhatsApp, Calendly, Cal.com, Google Analytics, and other tools.
